Our story

PlaceIt started as a shared ambition among a group of friends. After graduating from KU Leuven, we knew we didn’t just want to land "any" job—we wanted to build something of our own that would make a genuine impact. We wanted to solve real problems and define our own path.

The spark happened in the summer of 2025, and once we had the idea, there was no looking back. We committed ourselves, dedicating every ounce of our free time, late nights, and weekends to bringing PlaceIt to life. What started as a side passion quickly became our singular mission.

Our team is a melting pot of backgrounds—from computer science and engineering to data science and AI. We bring together a unique blend of technical skills and creative passion, allowing us to approach challenges from different angles.

Today, from our base in Belgium, our mission is clear: to improve design workflows and empower individuals to spend less time on manual tasks and more time on the work that actually matters.
